What's the difference?
To let you in on a little secret, I struggle with the word 'coach'. But calling myself a consultant didn't feel right either. A coach will help you improve your performance by asking questions to help you discover the way forward. There is absolutely a time and a place for great coaching techniques.
A consultant will provide advice, show you solutions and work with you to develop strategies. This is where I differ from pure coaching as I provide templates, frameworks, strategies and training that I've developed over the decades of being in business.
